David is the General Sales Manager at Jones CDJR. He began his career in 2001 and has built a successful path in sales, management, and finance. Originally from Kentucky and now residing in Alabama, David spent fourteen years as a Sales Associate, six years as a Sales Manager, and one year as a Finance Manager before transitioning into his current role as General Sales Manager. David studied Accounting at Cumberland College, which has provided him with a strong foundation in business operations. Outside of work, he values family and church, keeping them at the center of his life. His favorite part of the job is helping others, whether it’s finding the right vehicle or guiding his team to success. A fun fact about David—he loves a good conspiracy theory, always enjoying a deep dive into the unknown!

Xavier is a Sales Manager at CDJR. Originally from McLemoresville, TN, he now resides in Savannah, TN. He began his career in the automotive industry in 2018, holding roles in Internet Sales for five years, Internet Sales Manager for one year, and Salesperson for one year before stepping into his current leadership role.. He attended The University of Tennessee at Martin, where he earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, Xavier enjoys playing basketball and spending time with friends and family. His favorite part of the job is working for a customer-focused company alongside a great sales team, building strong relationships with every customer who walks through the doors.

Cayla is the Sales Floor Manager at Jones CDJR. Originally from Cleveland, TX, she now calls Savannah, TN home. She began her career in the automotive industry in 2017, spending six years as a salesperson before transitioning into her current role as Sales Floor Manager. Cayla takes pride in meeting new people and building long-lasting relationships with every customer at Jones CDJR. Outside of work, Cayla cherishes spending time with her kids. Whether it’s a daycation to the safari park or a week-long adventure, she loves exploring new places and learning about different cities and states. Becoming a salesperson was a dream of Cayla’s for nearly eight years before she finally got the opportunity. She remains grateful to the manager who believed in her and helped turn her dream into reality.

Gage is a Sales Associate at Jones CDJR. He started in 2025,and proudly represents his hometown of Savannah, TN! He is excited to meet new people and help them find the perfect vehicle. He attended Cumberland University for Pre-Law and also studied Auto Body at TCAT, giving him a well-rounded background in both legal studies and automotive craftsmanship. Outside of work, Gage enjoys watching wrestling, football, and spending time with his dogs. A fun fact about him—video games paid for his college—so be sure to ask him about it! His passion for people and enthusiasm for the industry make him a great addition to the Jones Motor Company team.

Ashley is a Sales Associate at Jones CDJR, proudly serving her hometown of Savannah, TN. She began her career in the automotive industry in 2018, spending four years in BDC before transitioning into sales. She enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find the perfect vehicle. Outside of work, Ashley loves fishing and hunting, embracing the outdoors whenever she gets the chance. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and building relationships with customers. Her passion for customer service and friendly approach make her a valuable member of the Jones Motor Company team.

Brian is a Sales Associate at Jones CDJR, originally from Bethel Springs, TN, and now living in Savannah, TN. He is eager to learn, meet new people, and experience the excitement of helping customers find their perfect vehicle. Outside of work, Brian enjoys camping, fishing, and astronomy, finding joy in the great outdoors and the wonders of the night sky. He is also a proud father to a beautiful daughter, making family a top priority in his life. His passion for helping others and seeing their happiness makes him a great addition to the Jones Motor Company team.

Ryan Davis was born and raised in Selmer, Tennessee, and now calls Savannah home, where he lives with his beautiful partner and two of the best kids anyone could ask for. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and that same warmth and dedication carry over into the way he takes care of his customers. Ryan loves his job because he gets to see smiling faces and happy people drive away in a vehicle they’re excited about — it’s the part of the experience that motivates him every day. Outside of work, Ryan is a musician and enjoys spending his free time playing video games, enjoying water sports, and exploring anything related to science and technology. Most importantly, he wants every customer to know that he is fully committed to helping them find exactly what they love, making the buying process enjoyable, honest, and stress‑free.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in Selmer before settling in Savannah, TN, where she now lives with her husband and their three children. Family is at the center of Jessica’s world, and she loves spending her time traveling, making memories with her loved ones, and caring for her pets. Her warm personality and genuine love for people shine through in her role at Jones CDJR. What Jessica enjoys most about her job is the opportunity to meet new customers and help them with one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make. She takes pride in guiding each person through the process with honesty, care, and dedication, making sure they feel confident and supported every step of the way.
