Howard has been a dedicated member of Jones Motor Company for 12 years. Originally from Adamsville, TN, he has served in multiple roles throughout his career—including Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, and now Manager for the Driving Team across all locations. His experience, customer-focused mindset, and leadership make him an invaluable part of the Jones Motor Company family. Howard loves being around customers and treats everyone he meets like family. Building relationships and helping people is what makes his role truly meaningful to him. Outside of work, Howard enjoys watching sports—especially cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles—riding side-by-sides, and spending time with his five children.

Wendell has been a dedicated member of the Jones Motor Company driving team for 15 years. Originally from Bolivar, TN, he brings decades of experience and a strong work ethic to his role. Before joining Jones Motor Company, Wendell retired from a long career in truck driving, as well as from the papermill in Pickwick, TN, and the Highway Patrol—experience that has shaped his dependable and steady approach to every job. Wendell enjoys fishing, hunting, and has a deep appreciation for vintage cars. He values the relationships he has built over the years and loves working alongside his coworkers, who feel like family. Outside of work, Wendell enjoys spending time with his children—two daughters and three sons—and his seven grandchildren, who bring joy and pride to his life.

Danny is a member of the Jones Motor Company driving team and has proudly served for the past three years. Originally from Florence, Alabama, he now lives in Iron City, Tennessee. Danny retired from truck driving after an impressive 35-year career, bringing decades of experience, and reliability. He loves being back out on the road and enjoys the opportunity to travel while doing what he loves. Danny is passionate about the outdoors and spends much of his free time fishing and hunting. Family is important to him—he has two daughters and five grandkids who enjoy spending time with whenever is not on the road.

Jerry is a Professional Delivery Driver at Jones Motor Company and has been a dedicated member of the team since 2010. Originally from Adamsville, TN, he now lives in Savannah and brings years of experience, reliability, and professionalism to his role. Before joining Jones Motor Company, Jerry retired from the papermill (PCA), carrying his strong work ethic into every delivery he makes. Jerry enjoys getting to meet different people across the country and values the connections he builds through his work. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his daughter.

Bennie has been a dedicated member of the Jones Motor Company driving team for six years. Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, he brings a lifetime of service and leadership to his role. Before joining Jones Motor Company, Bennie retired as Chief of Police after an impressive 32-year career, carrying his strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity into everything he does. Bennie enjoys being able to see different parts of the country through his work and appreciates the opportunities to meet new people along the way. Outside of work, he loves race cars and spending time with his family. He and his wife have three children—two girls and one boy—who remain an  important part of his life.

Thomas is a dedicated member of the Jones Motor Company driving team, where he has proudly served since 2018. Originally from Pennsylvania, he brings years of experience and reliability to his role. Before joining Jones Motor Company, Thomas retired from a successful career in truck driving with FedEx Freight, carrying his strong work ethic and professionalism into everything he does. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have three children, three grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren—with another one on the way—who bring joy and meaning to his life.

Richard is a Professional Delivery Driver at Jones Motor Company, where he has proudly served for the past 1½ years. Originally from Memphis, TN, he brings a dependable, hardworking spirit to the team. Before joining Jones Motor Company, Richard retired from his long career as a Maintenance Mechanic at the papermill in Pickwick, TN. He enjoys delivering vehicles across the country and loves meeting new people along the way. His friendly personality and dedication make him a valued part of the driving team. Outside of work, Richard enjoys fishing, hunting, and bicycle riding—a hobby he has maintained for more than 40 years. He and his wife have three children, seven grandbabies, and two great-grandbabies, all of whom bring joy and pride to his life.

Ray is a Professional Delivery Driver at Jones Motor Company, where he has proudly served for the past two years. Originally from Walnut Grove, TN, Ray brings reliability, professionalism, and a warm personality to every delivery. He retired from Harcros Chemicals before joining Jones Motor Company, carrying decades of experience and a strong work ethic into his role. Ray loves to travel and has had the opportunity to explore destinations all over the world. His favorite place is the Highlands of Scotland, where the scenery left a lasting impression. What he enjoys most about his job is being able to see different sights across the country while meeting new people along the way. Outside of work, Ray enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife, Elaine, have three children—two daughters and one son—who remain an important part of his life

Paula Martin was born and raised in Bolivar, Tennessee, and now calls Pickwick home. She enjoys the opportunity to drive, meet new people, and build meaningful connections through her role. Paula’s friendly personality and passion for helping others make every day rewarding. Outside of work, she loves spending time on the water boating and enjoying the beauty of Pickwick Lake.
