Bought a jeep from them and it was an excellent experience. There was an issue with the jeep and they picked it up from my house 2.5 hours away and fixed it for me. I would highly recommend Jessica Mckenzie for your sales rep and if you need their service department, Max the service manager is top notch to deal with and will make sure to take care of your needs.

This was my 2nd time buying a vehicle from here in the past 5yrs. I occasionally use them for maintenance so have nothing but good thkngs to say all the way around from Customer Service, Salesman (Brian) and Financing (Destiny). I'll more than likely buy my next truck there also down the road when that time comes also, definitely a Dodge truck guy now

Went to have transmission oil level checked and the staff was as ready as I was for my appointment. It took the amount of time they said it would and everything checked out ok. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me anything else. I just went there got what I needed and left. I wish everything could be so efficient.

My daughter and grandsons rode with me to Savannah for my service appointment. We stopped at McDonalds and got the boys some food. When we arrived at Jones, not only were we greeted warmly, but we were offered the use of the table and chairs for the boys to eat their food rather than juggle it in the waiting area.
